3 No Bake Healthy Desserts, Delish On Them Today!

3 no bake healthy desserts. They look amazing right? These after dinner treats are completely healthy and they still taste like desserts! Look I understand most of the time when in comes to desserts we want to throw caution to the wind. Especially at family get together’s, bar-b-q’s, celebrations, etc..etc.. Trust me, I am the same way! However, have you ever noticed you seem to carry a little bit of regret afterwards? You know, when your feeling kind of yucky from all the sugars, flour, dairy and the other usual junky stuff in desserts. Well it doesn’t have to be that way!

Here we have 3 no bake healthy desserts and they all taste amazing! You could an entire batch and not feel sick afterwards… Ok maybe not a whole batch. Just stick with 2 or 3, maybe 4. You will hardly believe it but there is no sugar in any of these recipes! Sweetened with maple syrup, honey and dates. Crunch and texture come from nuts and seeds. All of which are loaded with vitamins and minerals. Plus the sweeteners are low in the glycemic index. This means no yucky feeling after you indulge at your next get together. Ready for the recipes?

1) Blueberry Cheese Cake (dairy free and gluten free)

serves 9 (or 2..wink wink)


  • 2 cups of raw organic cashews, soaked overnight
  • 1/3 cup of raw organic honey or organic maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup of organic coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon of organic cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of organic lemon juice
  • 1 cup of organic blueberries


  • 2 cups of organic walnuts
  • 10-12 organic medjool dates
  • 2 tablespoons of organic coconut oil
  • pinch of seasalt


2) Salted Caramel Brownies (dairy free and gluten free)

serves 9


  • 1 cup of organic walnuts
  • 1 cup of organic walnuts
  • ½ cup of organic cacao powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
  • 10-12 organic dates
  • 2 tablespoons of organic coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons of organic maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of organic vanilla extract

Caramel Topping:

  • 3 tablespoons of organic almond butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons of raw organic honey or organic maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon organic vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt


3) Strawberry Chia Jam With Yogurt And Pistachio Crisp (gluten free)

serves 2


  • 16 oz of organic plain yogurt

Chia Jam:

  • 1 cup of fresh organic strawberries, hulled
  • 1 tablespoon of organic chia seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh organic orange juice
  • raw organic honey or organic maple syrup, to sweeten if desired

Pistachio Crisp:

  • ¼ cup of organic chopped pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons of organic chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon organic sesame seeds
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons of raw organic honey
