1) Pasta Free Spaghetti & Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • organic spaghetti Squash
  • 1 pound¬†of grass fed beef
  • organic marinara sauce of your choice
  • organic meat seasoning of your choice
  • organic garlic (powder, fresh, minced or freeze dried)
  • organic salad of your choice

2) Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • wild caught white fish of your choice (cod is used in the video)
  • organic cabbage of your choice (green and purple are used in the video)
  • organic fresh cilantro
  • organic avocado
  • organic corn tortillas
  • dressing of your choice, organic lemon/lime juice, organic olive oil and black pepper is a good one (soyaki is used in the video)

3) Salmon Salad

  • wild caught salmon
  • organic greens of your choice
  • organic pecans
  • organic shredded carrots
  • organic baby tomatoes
  • salt & organic pepper
  • dressing of your choice (Annie’s Organic Smokey Tomato is used in the video)

4) Grilled Veggies & Protein
