For those of us that cannot endure any gluten in our ingredients, please keep in mind there are always alternatives. For the breakfast bowl, in place of the regular granola, you can use paleo granola. There are some really delicious paleo salad dressings that you can use. The Primal Kitchen has an array of salad dressings. Such as ranch dressing with avocado oil, dairy free, caesar avocado oil dressing and a greens goddess avocado oil dressing. Just to name just a few.


  • 2 cups of organic greens (of choice), chopped
  • 1/2 cup of organic grapes, halved
  • 1/2 organic apple, diced
  • 1/4 cup of organic celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of organic walnuts, chopped
  • 1 boneless and skinless free range organic chicken breast, cooked and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons dressing (of choice)

With the dinner bowl they use rice, but you don’t have to if your working the paleo diet. Thanks to cauliflower rice the adaption to paleo is very easy. Also just leave out the beans. You can substitute with some sweet potato or butternut squash.


  • 1 cup of organic rice (or cauliflower rice), cooked
  • 1 wild caught tilapia filet, cooked and flaked
  • 1/2 cup of organic mango salsa
  • 1/2 cup of organic red cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup of organic red beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 organic avocado, sliced
  • 1 organic lime, juiced
  • fresh organic cilantro
