Easy & healthy, don’t we love hearing those two words together? They certainly apply here. This ice cream recipe is excellent for kids, breakfast, dessert or just a snack. Only 3 ingredients….that’s it! It does taste fantastic though, rest assured you will be pleased, unless you don’t like the three ingredients involved. If that’s the case then you can always compromise. It’s also dairy free!

spotted organic bananas (frozen)
organic smooth unsalted peanut butter, or almond butter, or sunflower seed butter
organic almond milk, or coconut milk
Another great ingredient to ad would be organic cacao or coco powder.
There are other great brands of organic cacao powder out there as well.
This would go very well with the bananas and the peanut butter. Cacao also has very significant health benefits in it as well, rich in antioxidants and mood enhancing amino acids. There is a reason they call it a super food. It would be a great addition to this dessert.
There is lots of nutrients in this desert, healthy fats, protein, vitamins, minerals and some healthy sugars as well.
