  • 1 organic lime, zest and juice
  • Salt and organic pepper to taste

  • ½ organic pineapple, cored and cut into rings
  • ½ cup  organic red onion, finely diced
  • 2  organic chilis, deseeded and minced
  • 1organic lime, zest and juice
  • ¼ cup organic cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and organic pepper to taste

3. Black Bean Pico de Gallo

  • 1 can organic black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup organic corn kernels, cooked
  • 1 cup organic tomatoes, finely diced
  • ½ organic white onion, finely diced
  • 1 organic jalapeno, deseeded and finely minced
  • 1 organic garlic clove, grated
  • 1 organic lime, zest and juice
  • ½ tsp organic ground cumin

  • 1 chopped organic onion
  • 1 bunch organic cilantro
  • 8 cloves organic garlic
  • Juice of 2 organic  lemons
