Here’s what you will need for ingredients:
- 2 cups of organic oatmeal (gluten free oats can be used)
- 1 cup of protein powder of choice (grass fed or organic options are best)
- 1/4 cup of raw organic almond slivers
- 1/3 cup of organic dried cranberries, raisins or blueberries
- 1/2 tablespoon of organic cinnamon
- 1/3 cup of organic peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of agave nectar or 1/4 cup of unpasteurized organic honey
- 1/4 of organic almond milk
- 1/4 cup of organic unsweetened apple sauce
- 1/4 cup of organic %70-%90 dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon of organic vanilla extract
